Today, October 4th, I temporarily closed my Shopify account, and upon reviewing my recent transactions, I noticed a $99 USD charge that I do not recognize and believe to be unjustified.
The Shopify support team informed me that this charge is related to Trustoo, so I am reaching out directly to request information about the reason for this charge and guidance on how to proceed with a refund.
Please note that I have not authorized or received any services corresponding to this amount.
